Employment Retaliation Database

Here you can find data about retaliation against faculty and staff by their higher education institutions in connection to Palestine advocacy after October 7, 2023. Forms of retaliation include denial of tenure, rescinded employment offers, campus and teaching bans, and termination, among others.

Instructions to download the dataset: Click on the ORIGINAL DATABASE link on this webpage. This will open the dataset on Airtable. Once on the Airtable page, look at the upper left-hand side of the screen for the “Grid view” option, and click on the down arrow next to it. Then select “Download CSV” from the dropdown options.
